Third Ara All Nations T20 Cricket Tournament underway in Christchurch

Jointly organised by the Christchurch Metro Cricket Association (CMCA) and Christchurch Multicultural Council (CMC), the third Ara All Nations T20 Cricket Tournament started in the Garden City last weekend. Matches will be held on the next weekend as well, with finals scheduled for December 8. In all, 12 teams representing diverse ethnicities are participating.

Surinder Tandon, President of CMC noted, “Congratulations and sincere appreciation from us to General Manager of CMCA Mike Harvey and his entire team, as well as all the Cricket clubs in Christchurch for coming together, and fostering unity in diversity, social inclusion, integration, harmony and fellowship through cricket. All the players participating are having great fun, I am sure.”
