Sikh youth makes community proud

Mansimrat Singh, an 18-year-old Kiwi-Indian has become a sensation and talk of the town after graduating at the New Zealand Army’s Recruit Regular Force 401 at Waiouru Militry Camp. Mansimrat caught attention of the people when New Zealand Military posted his photo of graduation march past on its Facebook page on March on 19th June.

A New Zealand Army communique says the new recruits will now embark on the next stage of their journey with Corps Training. New Zealand born, newest New Zealand Army recruit had the childhood dream of joining New Zealand Army.
