Power of Silence, spreading her Master’s message to the world

Shilpa Shyamsukha Mehta is a staunch disciple of Siddheshwar Brahmarishi  Gurudev Guruvanand Swami of Tirupati in India, who lives in Florida, USA was recently in New Zealand accompanying the ‘Master’ who was on a 5 days visit to the country. Shilpa and her family have been following the teaching of Gurudev for last many years. She is now carrying this mission of spreading his message through a seven-level spiritual program -Siddheshwar, ‘the Power of Soul’ for the spiritual and mental wellbeing of people world over.

Shilpa Mehta says in today’s world our lifestyles have changed completely and due to the excessive use and influence of modern technology and has utterly lost the balance of an ideal life. Our minds are always occupied with unrealistic and unnecessary thoughts and ideas which create a conflict in our day-to-day life hence people are getting stressed and going into depression. Since our body is made of five elements of nature and the imbalance created by the modern lifestyle creates a vacuum that nourishes our body and soul. So, due to this vacuum our body can’t supply enough nourishment to the ‘soul’ in our body, hence the ‘soul’ slowly starts getting weak and the person suffering with lack of good vibes start getting depressed. It’s a very common problem in today’s world especially amongst the younger generation. Few very simple Yogic and breathing technics used on a regular basis combined with disciplined lifestyle can align our body mind and soul in a perfect way. Shilpa further says unfortunately, most people are either blissfully unaware of the existence of the ‘soul’ inside our bodies or do not care about it.

Shilpa elaborated the importance of ‘Power of Silence’ in everyone’s life and how it nourishes and energises both our body and soul. She said we can detox our body just by going into silence through a simple yogic technic and make our life stress free and blissful. Along with our body if our ‘soul’ is also fully charged then we can enjoy our life to the fullest and will be strong enough to face any kind of challenges in life. We need to calm our minds first to lead a happy and peaceful life and that can be attained by the ‘Power of Silence’. Once we achieve that peace or calmness in our mind through silence our receptiveness increases, and we learn to accept things easily that we may not even like. She said anyone above the age of 14 years can join this this program and make their life happy. She says it’s a priceless but precious programme and is free for all. The ‘Power of Silence’ programme is available live online on every Sunday between 7:30 am to 8:30 am, India time and then the recorded version is available on YouTube.
