PM Jacinda Ardern shows empathy for Covid affected India
Deputy Prime Minister Grant Robertson has said that the Government is working closely with Indian officials to see what they can do to help. With the rest of the international community, the government has assured to stand with Indian in these times of crises.
Now Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern has come out with heart warming message in support of India. " We may be a small country relative to India, but that doesn’t mean we can’t show our solidarity and support." she says.
The governement has contributed NZ $1 million to the International Federation of the Red Cross for helping India navigate through the deadly pandemic.
Oxygen cylinders, oxygen concentrators, and other crucial medical supplies are being provided through the local India Red Cross Society, where these contributions are combined together.
Jacinda says the crises in India is nothing short of devastating and we won't be safe, till we are all safe. -TIN Bureau
