Culinary delight with Shivani

Paneer Sandwich

Ingrediants:

Paneer-150 gm block

Mint or coriander chutney-2 sp

Besan-100 gms

Ajwain-1/2 sp

Hing powder-a pinch

Haldi-a pinch

Salt

Green chilly crush-2

Water to mix

Oil to fry

Method: Take a bowl add besan ,salt,chilly crushed,hing,haldi,ajwain with water and make a thick paste.Keep aside.With block of paneer cut square size 8 slices that make ur four sandwich.Take one slice lay coriander chutney and put second slice on top.Take a pan add oil for frying and dip one sandwich to besan battar and fry in oil all four sandwiches.Cut in half and sprinkle chat masala and enjoy with chutney.Evening snack goes better with a cup of tea.
