Bharatiya Mandir Bal Vikas family celebrate fun filled event

Establishment in 1993. Over the years, the Mandir has become the biggest community hub and a special place of worship for the people of Indian community. The Mandir offers a wide range of activities and services, including Bal Vikas classes, yoga classes, Bharatnatyam classes, mums and babies group, JP services etc.

The Bal Vikas classes at Bharatiya Mandir have had a significant impact on children’s development, helping them stay connected to their roots, and promoting cultural understanding.

Bal Vikas classes serve as a platform for children to learn about their language, culture, and values. It also helps them to learn about their traditions, festivals and values. Learning Indian languages enable them to communicate with their families and enhancing their cultural understanding.

The success of the Bal Vikas classes is indebted to the dedicated volunteers who selflessly devote their time and efforts to nurture the children.

The Bal Vikas children’s parents recently put together a lovely event that brought children and parents together in a joyful celebration. The day was filled with fun, laughter, games and delicious food showcasing the strong sense of community fostered by Bharatiya Mandir.

The event featured a range of engaging activities, including a ramp walk involving both children and parents, musical chairs, passing the parcel, and the Garba dance.


The attendees dressed elegantly in traditional Indian attire, adding to the lively atmosphere and enhancing the cultural experience.
