The event saw glimpse from the previous games that was summarized by the president of the organizing team of NZ Sikh games Daljeet Singh Sidhu. The process and updates going forward were clearly laid out in the event Also, the last bit saw speeches and open discussion from the participants, volunteers, and the community people for the upcoming New Zealand Sikh Games 2021.

The success of the games is not just seen but also the increase in numbers each year where statistics of the number of attendees, individual participants, local participants, team participants, location of games across Auckland only saw an increase, and the pride in Navtej Randhawa narration while comparing the last 2 games at the event was clear.

3rd year seems to be getting just bigger and better where the organizers and other major people associated with the event are getting more support from different areas and communities in New Zealand. One such example is, during the games this year, on November 28, there will be a shower of flowers via helicopter, which has been provided by the Atwal family of Indo-Spice. Also, Tirtha Atwal did not shy away from saying that he would stand shoulder to shoulder with the Sikh sports team like last year.

Parminder Singh and Sharandeep Singh, the master of ceremony and very well-known figures in the Punjabi community were seen lighting up the event, respectfully addressing each person present at the event. It is certainly a delight to see so much unity, trust, and oneness in the Punjabi community in New Zealand and Sikh games is the evidence of the support this community gets from being together.
